Kriya IO's Terms & Conditions — plain and simple

By accessing or using the Kriya IO platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using Kriya IO.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and constitute a legally binding agreement between Kriya IO and the user. Kriya IO reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice — however, for significant changes, registered users will be notified via email or an on-platform notice.

When registering with Kriya IO, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false or incorrect details may result in account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in all associated accounts being closed simultaneously.

• Verification of the mobile number provided during account registration is mandatory
• KYC must be completed using a valid ID (NID or passport)
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential
• Accounts may not be rented out or transferred to another person
• If suspicious activity is detected, Kriya IO may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation

Kriya IO only 18 years of age or older for individuals. If a minor registers using a false age and this is later proven, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings forfeited.

A copy of your NID, birth certificate, or passport may be requested at any time for age verification. Withdrawal requests may be held until the required documents are submitted.

Minimum deposit amount at Kriya IO ৳200 (bKash/Nagad). Minimum amount for withdrawal ৳500. Every withdrawal request is processed within 30 minutes — though it may take longer if KYC verification is not yet complete.

• Please withdraw using the same payment method you used to make your deposit
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal
• Kriya IO reserves the right to request additional verification for any suspicious transactions
• Compliance with the anti-money laundering policy is mandatory for all users
• The payment gateway's own fees may apply at the time of withdrawal

All bonus offers on Kriya IO come with their own specific terms. By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have accepted those terms.

For the welcome bonus: To withdraw a bonus, you must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement. This is typically set between 15x and 20x.

• Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once its validity period expires

• If a disconnection occurs during a game, the outcome will be determined based on server logs
• Kriya IO reserves the right to void any winnings incorrectly displayed due to a technical error
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final
• If a Sports Betting event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded

Odds in live Sports Betting can change at any time. The odds at the point of bet confirmation are considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action:

Kriya IO reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions
• If KYC verification is not completed (within the specified timeframe)
• If there has been no account activity for an extended period (365 days)
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure)
• When submitting a self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming policy

Any balance remaining before account closure, excluding bonuses, will be refunded — provided the closure was not due to a policy violation.

All activity on the Kriya IO platform is entirely at the user's own risk. Kriya IO bears no responsibility for any funds lost during gameplay.
